We are pleased to introduce Mission Heights, a vision for a thoughtfully planned community on the Banning Bench designed around health, connection, sustainability, and respect for the natural beauty that makes this area so special.

Mission Heights is rooted in the belief that communities should do more than provide housing, they should create opportunities for families to thrive, neighbors to connect, and future generations to enjoy a high quality of life.

Envisioned as a master-planned community spanning approximately 944 acres, Mission Heights thoughtfully integrates homes, parks, trails, open space, and community- serving amenities into a cohesive and balanced environment. Our goal is simple: to create a community for life that honors the land, supports residents at every stage of life, and evolves responsibly over time. The project is guided by several core principles:

A defining feature of Mission Heights is its commitment to preserving and enhancing open space. Significant portions of the property are planned for parks, trails, recreation areas, scenic overlooks, and natural preservation spaces that will help maintain the character and beauty of the Banning Bench.

Safety and infrastructure are also foundational priorities for the project. Planning efforts include enhanced evacuation routes, modern fire protection strategies, defensible space planning, and infrastructure improvements designed to serve both current and future residents responsibly.

Most importantly, we are committed to listening.

Before any formal application is submitted, we will continue engaging with the community through stakeholder meetings, outreach efforts, and community surveys. We recognize that the future of Mission Heights should be shaped not only by planners and designers, but also by the people who call Banning home.
